Love the food here lots of fun with groups
This place is amazing! We've gone here two years in a row and haven't been disappointed. It's very authentic and they are super friendly. You should definitely eat here!
Very cool concept and great food (especially the meat.) The servers were diligent, experienced with menu items, and never left me waiting. I highly recommend to come here.
Fantastic service coupled with absolutely incredible food made for a wonderful dinner out. The meat is seasoned and cooked to perfection with varying offerings. The sides were delicious. The entire experience was wonderful and I will be returning.
It is 25 dollars a person. The buffet is cool. However, the chef comes table to table and carves the meat. Everything is great. There are so many different types of meat and chicken. Everything is good but the chickens (still understand it still good) is not as amazing as the pork, steaks or lamb.
The food the staff are great they are like family!!!
The meats are very tasty, well season, tender & juicy...
Food and salad Bar are delightful with home made recipes....Something for everyone....
I've been to several Brazilian Restaurants in the country and for the flavors and service & price this is certainly one of my favorite....
Stopped by Terra Mar for lunch today and was very happy with the overall experience and food. I opted for their buffet and the variety was good and food tasted great. I started with the salad and it all tasted fresh and homemade/ authentic Brazilian. Then, I had some of the dishes from the hot buffet, including Feijoada and I liked it all - the only suggestion is that the Feijoada could have more meat and it was missing the collared greens and farofa. Aside from that, I enjoyed my visit here and plan to come back to try their rodizio and other meats from the churrasco menu. I chatted with the owner for a few minutes and she was very nice too and told me a little bit about the story of the restaurant and how their menu works. If you're in the area and enjoy Latin/ Brazilian food (homemade), make sure to stop by Terra Mar.
My first visit I was solo, Easter evening around 7ish. I got the buffet which was out standing. The items were fresh and plentiful. The service could not have been better. They were attentive and helped me by recommending beer, wine, and dessert. Both thumbs-up.
Terra Mar is an awesome Brazilian restaurant. The staff is very friendly, the food quality is very good, and price is great.
Enjoying a Brasilia feast. Great food, price and service.
If you haven't enjoyed a Brasilia meal this is the place to come. Fresh buffet and of course the meat skewers are phenomenal
Absolutely loved this place. It's a small, family owned restaurant in the Pinellas area and it is fantastic. It's a true Brazilian rodizio (all you can eat). The buffet was excellent. They had a great salad selection. The Salpico was to die for. A lot of hot foods were offered as well. The rice was cooked perfectly, the beans cooked with bacon (which is always a plus). In addition, they had yuca friend cakes that were absolutely amazing. The po de queijo was incredible. As an avid po de queijo lover, I was very happy with the taste. The meat selection was great. They had picanha, fillet mignon and chicken wrapped in bacon, picanha with garlic, sausage, chicken, and many other options that kept coming back time after time. It was definitely a meal that had me extremely full and I was beyond full at the end. The cappuccino I ordered after the meal was probably the best cappuccino I've ever had in a while, it was amazing. Only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because there was no pork among the meats that came to our table. Other than that, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a true, authentic Brazilian rodizio for a decent price.
Wonderful experience. Waiters were attentive and knowledgeable. Walked right in, served immediately and eating within minutes. Buffet was not your usually run of the mill. The items were cooked with care and had great variety. Meats were all delicious ! They served each person meat however they liked their meats cooked. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.
Hole in the wall, but the service was great.
Went with a group of 6 folks, found the music to be a touch loud and the offerings on the cold bar to be a bit meager, even if my diet doesn't allow me to have much. But please, bring on the meats.
The sword bearers brought out their offerings every 4-5 minutes, and there was everything from sausage to bacon wrapped filet, there was an amazing sirloin with the most delicious crust on the meat. Honestly it was so good that was what we really wanted more of.
$24.99 per person wasn't a bad cost at all!
what a nice find! our experience was great. I honestly didn't care for all the food but there was plenty for me to like!! the service was prompt from the host to the server!! the staff at this place goes above and beyond . you'd be amazed how hard it is to find good service . Great job guys!!
Must try! I'm Argentinian and I love a good bbq. Food is great and p.s you can get the lunch special any time with 5 meats for 15$.They are awesome. My boyfriend and I love this place. If you want good Brazilian food without paying 50 or more try this place out. I've been here with friends too and everyone loves it!!!
Definitely worth 5 stars! Quality of the meats, size and flavor! This place is such a gem, you literally can eat all the meat you want for one very reasonable price, their buffet is great too, fresh and delicious options such as mashed sweet potatoes, cheese bread, many variations of salads, a delicious soup, every time I go its a different kind, yesterday was a lentil and steak,so delicious! The people that work there are super friendly. Ask for washington( yes! That's he's name :) he was absolutely wonderful! I love that is small and casual, and it's all about that Meat! Highly recommended!
We returned earlier this Saturday evening and were, again, not dis-appointed. They still had the cold and hot buffets available, along with some hot soup offering. All you can eat buffet is $24.99 per person. This gets you all you can eat from the buffets AND meats hot off of the grill and cooked to your preference served off of skewers at the table side. I, myself, ate only the meats: steak kebob (with onion and green pepper); garlic steak chunks; top sirloin thin sliced like prime rib and rare at my request, (declined both home-made sausage and lamb out of personal preferences); chicken leg; bacon-wrapped chicken breast. All I can say is oink. Everything was delicious, well-cooked, not over or under seasoned. Wait-staff are attentive but not overly so.
From the time we walked in, the staff and owners were friendly, and attentive.
The smell of meat over an open grill was tantalizing.
We had a late lunch/ early dinner. It was, in a word, outstanding. The selections on the buffet were varied, fresh, and tasty. In fact, my husband (who normally wouldn't have touched most of the options on it) said that he would have been happy with just that. He particularly liked the Brazilian version of eggplant lasagna. And I adored the "green sauce", which was dirty of like a blend of chimichurri and mayo.
The meats delivered and carved tableside were perfectly seasoned and grilled perfectly. They were tender, carved to our desire (portion side and doneness). And I will confess that the "fat" on the sirloin ( which I didn't normally like), melted in my mouth (so much so that I asked for a sliver of just that!), and it might possibly have been the BEST bite I had through the entire meal.
Our server(s), Marlete and Washington, were knowledgeable and informative. I have to say that his suggestion of the house sangria was spot-on. It was distinctive and I especially limited that with every sip, I tasted hints of different types of fruit.
All in all, this was an excellent dying experience, and one that we will most definitely be repeating.
Hidden gem. Think of your usual Brazilian steak house and strip it down to the basics...by that I mean the meat!
What is different:
-Basic location without a valet or hostess
-Very basic ambiance (soccer not classical music)
-No grandiose salad bar only a mini-salad bar
-Limited wine list
-Very fast delivery of meat on a near continual basis
-Excellent service by those who are passionate and likely the owners
The meat list:
Top Sirloin, X Kebab, Pork ribs, Chicken Drumsticks and our home made Sausage, Chicken breast with bacon, filet mignon with bacon, garlic steak, rib-eye steak and Lamb All you can eat
Coupons available on their website.
I really wanted a Brazilian Steakhouse and found this place though yelp. it was definitely worth he trip as I left full and happy. The food was excellent and the service was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend for anyone who is hungry and loves to eat!
First time here. Service was dry good. Also our first experience with a Brazilian steakhouse. Food wasn't bad. No shortage of it. Wish the place had been busier as some of the items we a bit tough. I blame that on slow turnover. Again this was our first experience. We're not giving up. Will try them again. Price was very reasonable compared to prices we seen charged for this type restaurant.
Cold and hot buffet was super fresh and delicious. I'm a vegetarian and had plenty of options - left feeling totally stuffed! The hubs chowed down on plenty of the meats and was really impressed with how tender everything was. The service was fantastic, and might I recommend topping it all off with mousse de maracuja!
